Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Wade Qureshi brings over two decades of experience in federal IT service delivery, with a background supporting critical agencies including the Department of Defense (DoD), FBI, US Marshals, Coast Guard, and the U.S. Treasury.
Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams in software development, systems engineering, and test & evaluation on mission-critical projects. His technical expertise spans agile development, data warehousing, secure communications, and lifecycle program management.
Wade founded DS Systems with a simple goal: to deliver federal technology solutions with speed, precision, and trust. His leadership continues to drive the company’s commitment to scalable, secure, and high-performance results for every client served.

Principal and Chief Technology Officer
Daanish Qureshi serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Principal at DS Systems, bringing a future-forward perspective to the firm’s mission of delivering high-performance IT solutions to the federal space.
As CTO, Daanish leads the development and oversight of DS Systems’ technical strategy, ensuring our services remain agile, scalable, and aligned with emerging technologies. He plays a key role in designing and launching internal project frameworks — including our internship model — that reflect real-world, federal-grade standards while remaining accessible to rising talent.
Beyond systems and infrastructure, Daanish is responsible for the company’s digital presence, brand growth, and pipeline innovation. His leadership is helping position DS Systems as a forward-thinking, mission-aware contractor that combines veteran expertise with modern execution.
